WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We currently provide to different shipping services:

Orders placed before 12.30 are delivered the same evening between 17.00-22.00 (business days only).

Orders placed after 0:30pm are delivered tomorrow evening (business days only).

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I CHOOSE?

Uniquethelabel.com offers several payment methods. You can choose iDeal, credit card, PayPal and Bancontact/Mr.Cash

 

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

In the Netherlands we apply a fixed amount of €4,95. Orders above €49,99 get free shipping. 

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Our warehouse team process and pack orders quite quickly! So unfortunately, we're unable to change an order once it is placed. Definitely make sure all the details are correct when you checkout!

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order only when we haven't processed it yet. Mostly, we process all shipments as soon as possible so we cannot cancel your order when it's already fully processed.

THE ITEM I LIKE IS OUT OF STOCK - WHAT TO DO?

We usually restock pieces from our latest collection in a few weeks. So definitely sign up your email to be notified of a restock, and you shouldn’t miss out the next time.

 

WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?

Most of the time, the right size for you will simply be your regular size that you’d ordinarily purchase. We provide sizing charts on our product pages that you’ll find helpful. Remember, if your purchase is not suitable you can send it back for an exchange or credit no questions asked! I RECEIVED A DAMAGED / INCOMPLETE PACKAGE?

Please immediately contact our customer service.

Every order is carefully packed and every package is SEALED with Unique The Label seals. When you receive a package with broken seals - DO NOT ACCEPT the package and notify us immediately.

We are not responsible for any losses or missing items when you accept an unsealed package.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT NOW? 

We carefully check all orders; but when you have received the wrong item please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected]

Send us an email including a photo of the attached order confirmation. This form contains important information for us to investigate what went wrong. 

We ensure you that we will arrange a replacing shipment as soon as possible. 

 

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If your UNIQUE purchase isn’t working our for you, we’re more than happy to accept it for return as long as your item is in original condition (including packaging and labels attached and no visible signs of wear). You can return your ordered items within 14 days after delivery. You can only return unworn items in their original state including all labels and packaging. This also counts for sale items.

When we conclude that an item is worn, damaged or washed we will not process the return. This also regards items are not in original packings and without labels attached.

To return your items, use the address found on the return form included in your package. Please ensure that the original orderconfirmation and a filled in return form is added to the package.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDERED ITEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE/COLOR?

You can exchange your ordered items for another color or size. You can easily let us know by filling in the returnform. When the requested size and colour is available, you will receive your exchange within 2-3 business days.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN MYSELF?

We do not cover the costs for returns. When you return your order; we do strongly advise to send your package including a track & trace to ensure that we will receive the package. 

 

I WAS NOT AT HOME WHEN THEY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER. WHAT NOW?

Missed the driver of the shipping company? They will do another attempt the next day. You will be informed by email with additional information. 

 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SHIPMENT. WHAT NOW?

When you haven't received your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will contact the shipping company for clarification.

 

ARE MY BANK DETAILS SECURE?

Yes, all transactions are processed over a secured SSL-server. You can recognize this by the little lock icon at the top left corner before the address bar of you browser.
